A web application built for my church community to manage volunteer scheduling and coordination. It currently serves around 50 members.

Features

• Volunteer scheduling, with an SMS notification whenever a member is assigned to a Sunday service
• A monthly member pairing feature, similar to Slack Donut, that helps people in the community get to know each other
• Upcoming church events and the recordings that go with them
• Installable as a progressive web app, so it behaves like a native app on a phone

What is next

My long-term goal is to open source the app so any church can adopt and customize it. I am also building an AI agent that generates concise sermon summaries, identifying key topics and Bible verses so sermons become searchable by subject or scripture reference.
